Trouble Logging into the App

If you've paid on our website, you'll then need to install the app on your mobile device from the app store. Sometimes it will ask you to pay a second time, we don't want you to do that!

When you first open the app, click on "Already a member? Sign in here" and enter your email address and password that you used to sign up on our website.

If you have any trouble when trying to login please try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Sometimes it just needs a good refresh.

Then when you first open the app, make sure to click "Already a member? Sign in here"

The username is case sensitive, so make sure there are NO capital letters.

If that doesn't work, please try resetting your password.
