How Do I Get Started with the Transform at Home Program?

Once logged in, simply navigate to the main screen by clicking the “Home” button in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. Then click on the “28-Day Program” button. This will take you to your 28-day calendar. 


Each day of the 28-day program, you will see 3 to-do’s to complete: 


  • Watching the Trainer Tip Video of the day
  • Workout of the Day
  • Meal Swap

Simply follow the 28-day calendar, and you’ll be on your way to transformation!
