Why is My Delivery Requiring a Signature?

If your delivery driver is now requiring a signature in order to receive your package, chances are, you're a resident of New York!

The State of New York has passed a new bill. As of April 1st, 2024, the sale of nutrition products that support weight-loss or muscle building may only be sold to individuals over the age of 18. (You can read more about it HERE.) As such, all affected orders will now be prepared with a label that requires an Adult Signature.

Currently, the only Adult Signature services available with any delivery service requires the signer to be over the age of 21.

If you are not home when your package delivery is attempted, please follow the carrier instructions to reschedule the delivery to a date and time that works better for you.
