Upon contact, please provide us with your order number and account email address so we can find you quickly and provide the best service possible.

You are responsible for the return shipping of the product. We will gladly pay the return shipping cost if you receive an incorrect or defective item.


Our Transform Customer Care Team will notify you by email once we’ve received and processed your return. We’ll give you a full refund on the purchase price (minus shipping) up to 1 year after your order date.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your unused product for a different flavor, please email our friendly customer service team at support@transformhq.com , or call +1 888-721-7890 to notify us of your returning product. Exchanges will only be honored on your first order of the product you wish to exchange. Sample products are not eligible for a return or exchange. Shipping costs associated with an exchange are nonrefundable.


If you have ordered more than two containers of the same flavor of a product, then any other tub(s) must be unopened to receive a full refund.
