Our bodies all have different needs, and we all react differently to certain ingredients. We are so confident in our products that we offer a 1-year money-back guarantee!
If you are unsatisfied with our products in any way, please email our friendly customer service team at support@transformhq.com, or call +1 888-721-7890. Upon contact, please provide us with your order number and account email address so we can find you quickly and provide the best service possible.
Please write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the box you will be returning your product in and mail your return back to us at the following address:

You are responsible for the return shipping of the product. We will gladly pay the return shipping cost if you receive an incorrect or defective item.
Our Transform Customer Care Team will notify you by email once we’ve received and processed your return. We’ll give you a full refund on the purchase price (minus shipping) up to 1 year after your order date.
If you have ordered more than two containers of the same flavor of a product, then other tub(s) must be unopened to receive a full refund.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your unused product for a different flavor, please call our friendly customer service team at +1 888-721-7890, or email support@transformhq.com to notify us of your returning product. Upon contact, please provide us with your order number and account email address so we can find you quickly and provide the best service possible.

Exchanges will only be honored on your first order of the product you wish to exchange. Please note, the product must be back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping costs associated with an exchange are nonrefundable.
