How Do I Use My Reward Points?

Step 1: Log in to Your Account
- Enter your email and password and click SIGN IN.
Step 2: Use Your Points at Check Out
- Add the most delicious supplements in the world to your cart, and then proceed to checkout.
At checkout, you will see an option to use reward points under your supplements.
Click the drop-down menu to choose how many reward points you would like to use, and click the “Apply Points” Button. Watch the discount fall off your total, and check out as usual!
If You Still Don’t See Your Points at Checkout, Do This!
Don’t worry!
We recently implemented Shop Pay to provide more payment options for our customers. Unfortunately, reward points cannot be used in conjunction with Shop Pay.
If you’ve used Shop Pay before, there’s a high chance that you just got logged into your Shop Pay account automatically.
Your screen will look like this if you are using Shop Pay. Notice the “Shop Pay” logo at the top.
The simplest way to log out of Shop Pay so you can use your points is to scroll down on the checkout screen and click on CHECK OUT AS GUEST, as shown below.
Once you do that, your reward points will pop back up!
