Can I Alternate Flavors Each Month?

Yes, you may change your flavors as often as you'd like!


If you started your subscription AFTER March 17, 2023, simply log into your account here: https://transformhq.com/account/login.

  • Scroll down until you see "Your TransformHQ Subscriptions".
  • Click on the BLUE button that says, "Manage Subscription." From there, you will have the options to:
    • Skip upcoming order
    • Change delivery frequency
    • Update next delivery date
    • Add product
    • Update shipping address
    • Update payment method
    • Cancel subscription
  • To change the flavor, click on the small text that says, "Edit product" (next to the picture of your product.) From there, you will have the options to:
    • Update quantity
    • Swap product

If you started your subscription BEFORE March 17, 2023, you can view and manage your subscription by logging in here: https://legacytransformhq.com/my-account/.

  • Click on "Subscriptions" or "My Subscription" on the menu bar to the left.
  • From there, you will have the options to:
    • View
    • Change Address
    • Change Payment Method
    • Renew Now
    • CANCEL
  • To change the product, product quantity, flavor, or ship date, please send an email to: support@transformhq.com, at least 24 hours before your scheduled ship date. Our friendly Customer Support team will be happy to help you make any changes!
