Reward and Reset Days

Based on your transformation, you either have a Reward Day every other day, or a Reset day once a week.  

Reward days have a single Reward Meal at lunch.  

Reset days have three Reward Meals back-to-back from AM snack through PM snack.  These days are designed to satisfy our emotional and psychological need for comfort foods, and physiologically boost metabolic rate for continued progress.
