How to Cancel, Change or Update APP Subscription

There are two websites you could've purchased the app...

TransformHQ.com: If you registered and paid through the website at transformhq.com, you can manage your account online via the same site.

  • Go to transformhq.com
  • Click “My Account” on the top right of the homepage
  • Then sign in using the credentials you created when you first placed your order
  • Once signed in, click "Subscriptions" on the left side menu to view all subscriptions
  • Click "View" on the subscription you'd like to view, manage, or cancel
  • If you have any trouble at all, please email us at support@transformhq.com and we are happy to help

TheTransformApp.com: If you registered and paid through the website at thetransformapp.com, you can manage your account online via the same site.

  • Go to thetransformapp.com
  • Click 'Member Login' on top right of homepage or go directly to members.thetransformapp.com
  • Sign in to account using the same method you use when signing in to the app
  • Once signed in, you can choose to: update your payment method, update your subscription, or cancel your subscription
  • If you have any trouble at all, please email us at support@transformhq.com and we are happy to help

If you are unable to get into the website, your account might be through Google Play or iTunes. Please see the following FAQ's for how to cancel through those systems
