What do I do if the seal is broken?

Is it the inside or outside seal? If it is the outside seal then the product is safe to use as long as the inside seal is still intact. If the inside seal is broken we can send you a replacement. Please contact us at support@transformhq.com and send us some pictures so we can assess the damage with our quality control team.
