How Long Does Shipping Take?

Our system will begin processing your order immediately upon payment. Orders are received by our Warehouse within an hour for processing.

Orders that are received by our Warehouse by 4PM MST are guaranteed to ship the following business day. Orders that are received after 4PM MST will ship the business day after that. For example, if your order is placed at 2PM on a Monday, your order is guaranteed to ship on Tuesday. If your order is placed after 4PM on a Monday, your order will ship on Wednesday.

Our Warehouse does not currently operate over the weekend. If your order is placed before 4PM on a Friday, your order is guaranteed to ship the following Monday. If your order is placed anytime after 4PM on a Friday and throughout the weekend, your order will ship the following Tuesday.

Shipping time depends on the carrier and where you are located. The standard shipping times are 5-7 business days, but since COVID-19 has hit the US and the postal services have become more busy (https://www.wsj.com/articles/postal-package-deliveries-bogged-down-with-delays-backlogs-11590836400), we've noticed that a few packages are taking about 12-15 business days to arrive. If you don't receive your package by the end of the 15th business day, and if your tracking hasn't been updated, please contact us at support@transformhq.com and we'll be glad to help!
