How Do I Cancel my Supplement Subscription

Here's how to cancel:

If you started your subscription AFTER March 17, 2023, simply log into your account here: https://transformhq.com/account/login.

• Scroll down until you see "Your TransformHQ Subscriptions".
• Click on the BLUE button that says, "Manage Subscription."
• Select "Cancel Subscription"

If you started your subscription BEFORE March 17, 2023, log into your account here: https://legacytransformhq.com/my-account/.

• Click on "Subscriptions" or "My Subscription" on the menu bar to the left.
• If you have multiple subscriptions, click on the subscription you want to cancel.
• Click on the black button that says, "Cancel."
