How Do I Pause my Supplement Subscription?

Are you going on a trip, or have a backlog of product? It is possible to pause your subscription shipments!

If you started your subscription AFTER March 17, 2023, simply log into your account here:

  • Scroll down until you see "Your TransformHQ Subscriptions".
  • Click on the BLUE button that says, "Manage Subscription." From there, you will have the options to:
    • Skip upcoming order
    • Change delivery frequency
    • Update next delivery date

If you started your subscription BEFORE March 17, 2023, you can view and manage your subscription by logging in here:

To skip your upcoming order or place your subscription On Hold, simply email our friendly Customer Support team at and they will be happy to help. Be sure to let them know how many months you would like to pause shipments for.
