How Do I Pause my Supplement Subscription?

Are you going on a trip, or have a backlog of product? It is possible to pause your subscription shipments!


If you started your subscription AFTER March 17, 2023, simply log into your account here: https://transformhq.com/account/login.

  • Scroll down until you see "Your TransformHQ Subscriptions".
  • Click on the BLUE button that says, "Manage Subscription." From there, you will have the options to:
    • Skip upcoming order
    • Change delivery frequency
    • Update next delivery date

If you started your subscription BEFORE March 17, 2023, you can view and manage your subscription by logging in here: https://legacytransformhq.com/my-account/.


To skip your upcoming order or place your subscription On Hold, simply email our friendly Customer Support team at support@transformhq.com and they will be happy to help. Be sure to let them know how many months you would like to pause shipments for.
